Michael Butler is a veteran of more than 20 years to the sports and fitness industry. He has proved to be successful in the areas of coaching, fitness and sports performance training with a wide range of experience. He has trained and nurtured clients from the levels of elementary school to the professional athlete. He attended the University of South Carolina at Salkehatchie where he played baseball as an outfielder. After a successful stay and an attempt to play professionally, he entered the U.S. Marine Corps, where he continued to develop his drive to achieve. The Marine Corps allowed him to obtain character traits such as pride, discipline, tenacity and honor. He then decided to return to his first love, the sports arena and in 2003 opened Champion Performance Training. Now as "Coach Mike" and a mentor to young athletes, he quickly recognized the need for proper conditioning for sports order to be competitive and successful. Coach Mike has pledged to through his knowledge and expert training techniques to help his athletes become some of the "best athletes on the planet!" He is certified trainer with the National Sports Performance Association and Athletes Acceleration as a Speed and Agility coach and a Weighlifting Performance coach and has been a Personal Trainer since 2002.Coach Mike also served his community for 15 years as a Certified Ga. firefighter, EMT Intermediate first responder, Hazardous Material Tech and is a Ga. State Certified Smoke Diver.

Darius joined our Champion Performance team in 2012. His background is in human performance and rehabilitation. He graduated from Georgia State University in August 2016 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy after receiving his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University in 2012.

He graduated from Georgia State University in August 2016 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy after receiving his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University in 2012. He is a nationally and state licensed physical therapist. Darius is also an American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Physiologist. Sports and physical activities Darius has participated in are basketball, baseball, lacrosse, karate and step. Passionate about sports and injury reduction, he brings well informed, breadth, depth, and experience to the athletes he serves.

Brinson has been involved in fitness and conditioning since the mid 1980’s. After his first year at Morehouse College, he decided to serve his country. His introduction to fitness begins while designing a fitness plan to prepare for basic military training. He later developed a regimen to increase his endurance and maintain an above average fitness level for his career in the fire service. in 2004 he was certified as a Physical Fitness Specialist at The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. After certification, he began developing fitness programs for firefighters aimed at increasing strength, flexibility and workload capacity. The programs were designed to improve firefighter performance and reduce injuries. Brinson is trained in Functional Exercise Prescription and Program Implementation using stability balls, exercise bands and stretching. He has had experience training clients with various challenges such as age, medical challenges and special needs while on staff at Pro Results of LA Fitness. Brinson has also assisted with athletic development while on staff at Champion Performance Training. His participation in football, basketball and cross country at the high school level gives him insight on youth and adolescent athletic development. Natascha Fulmore is from Florida and moved to the Atlanta area in 2011. She holds both her Bachelors of Science in Education from Liberty University and her Masters in the Art of Teaching,including two endorsements in both reading and ESOL from Georgia Southern University. She has experience teaching from the elementary level through the high school level to include working with students from different academic, cultural, and language backgrounds and academic ability levels. She not only has experience working with students that have specific special academic needs and accommodations but she also has detailed knowledge and skills as a dual certified educator.
As an educator and mother of three athletic children, she is passionate about developing the “whole” child and truly setting them up for success by allowing our knowledge, experiences, and resources to be their launching pad to promote their success.
In addition to her impressive educational background, she also brings both her athleticism and experience as a coach and previous college athlete, She currently coaches basketball and track & field in addition to serving within the local recreation league programs for various sports.

James Lee is a native of Metro Atlanta (born in Decatur, raised in Lithonia) and a graduate of Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain. He received his Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education from Shorter College and his Masters in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University. This is his 16th year in education working with differentiated groups of students from various backgrounds and academic levels. He is an active member of his church where he also plays the piano with the Worship Team. Carl Windham comes from the great state of Alabama where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science - through the college of Engineering from the University of Alabama. Throughout his career, he has served a number of roles in the IT field. He served not only as an instructor for varies computer related classes but also designed several hands on sessions to make sure students get the full effect of computer knowledge. Those training sessions were designed for all audiences, novice to expert. Today, he serves as a IT Project Manager for varies trade shows.
Carl is also a father of 3 athletes ranging from middle school to collegiate play. So, he is truly passionate about the success of seeing not only his kids but all kids succeed at whatever goals are set by them. Over the last 20 yrs, Carl has coached youth football and now is currently coaching softball for the McEachern Metro softball program for young ladies of Grade 5-8 as well a number f travel softball teams including the WCTS Raptors.
